TalkHub C.I.C. is a community interest company based in Warrington. We run football and boxing sessions as a relaxed place for men to connect and look after their wellbeing. In this policy, “we” and “us” means TalkHub C.I.C.

What we collect

You can use this website without giving us any personal information. We only receive your details when you choose to contact us, for example:

• your name and message if you email us or send us a direct message on Instagram;
• your phone number or email address if you share it so we can reply.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything other than replying to you and organising sessions.

How we use it

We use the details you give us to reply to your questions, to let you know about sessions, and to keep everyone safe while taking part. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in running the community and responding to you.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Keeping your information

We keep the information you send us only for as long as we need it to reply and to run the community, and then we delete it. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it.
